Animal Ark is a Perth-based wildlife education and training provider with over 40 years of experience, focused on practical, hands-on learning and public outreach. They specialise in venomous snake handling and broader fauna handling, offering structured courses that include both practical and theoretical components so participants learn safe capture, restraint and transportation techniques. Their program suite ranges from dedicated Snake Handling Courses and Fauna Handling Courses to combined intensive Fauna & Snake Handling Courses, plus tailored Wildlife/Snake Awareness Workshops for staff and organisations. They also run public events and school outreach to educate communities about local wildlife. For dog owners and handlers they offer Snake Avoidance & Bait Aversion training aimed at reducing snake-related risks to dogs. Beyond training, Animal Ark supplies wildlife handling equipment and kits to support safe fauna management. They additionally provide fauna services related to rescue and handling, positioning themselves as a resource for organisations, staff, schools, dog owners and anyone who needs practical skills or equipment for working with or safely managing local wildlife.
