Atlantis Cat Rescue

Atlantis Cat Rescue is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organisation in Craigieburn, Victoria (founded in 2020) dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming cats and kittens in need. They focus on rescuing stray, abandoned and neglected felines, providing necessary veterinary care such as vaccinations and medical treatment, and supporting recovery and socialisation through foster homes. The group relies on a network of foster carers and community support to provide temporary homes where cats can gain confidence and readiness for adoption. Adoption services match cats with suitable families to find permanent, loving homes, and the team places importance on responsible pet ownership. Beyond direct rescue work, Atlantis Cat Rescue engages in community outreach and education to raise awareness about humane treatment and care of companion animals. They also organise fundraising and accept donations to cover operational and medical costs, enabling continued rescue and rehabilitation efforts. Overall, Atlantis Cat Rescue emphasises compassion, community involvement and practical support to give vulnerable cats a second chance and to connect them with caring adopters.
