Lexie’s Cat Grooming

Lexie's Cat Grooming is a small, cat-only grooming salon run by an internationally certified master cat groomer who is also a former veterinary nurse, so the focus is on gentle, health-conscious care. They offer personalized, low-stress grooming tailored to each cat’s needs, with core services such as bathing, trimming, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and sanitary trims. The salon handles a wide range of coat types and styles — from short-haired maintenance to full grooming for medium and long-haired coats — and offers specialized treatments like de-shedding, blow-drying with gentle dryers, and breed-focused services (for example, Maine Coon bathing and Ragdoll bath-and-de-shedding). Styling options include traditional and modified lion clips, teddy clips, and comb clips to suit coat length and temperament. There are also gentle introductory kitten grooming services designed to make grooming a positive experience early on. Beyond one-on-one grooming, the business runs training courses aimed at grooming techniques with an emphasis on low-stress handling and breed-specific practices, reflecting a commitment to both cat wellbeing and professional education. Overall, Lexie’s presents as a compassionate, expert grooming option for cat owners looking for individualized, calm handling and skilled coat care.
