Meow Mansion is a premium cattery in Footscray, Melbourne, founded in November 2015 by Ruth Regan, focused on giving cats a safe, comfortable and personalized stay. The facility offers a range of spacious enclosure options (Standard, Large, Extra Large and Playpen) stocked with scratching posts, tunnels, toys and warm bedding, plus food options to accommodate fussy eaters. The environment is temperature-controlled and monitored for security with cameras, motion detectors and an alarm system so owners can feel reassured while away. Staff aim to build close relationships with each feline guest to help them settle quickly, and the cattery includes thoughtful comforts such as calming pheromone spray, fresh water, litter and bowls as standard. Meow Mansion provides practical services like medication administration, out-of-hours check-in/out, and access to emergency veterinary care if required, along with family-style accommodations that can house up to three cats together. They also offer loyalty rewards, long-term discounts and maintain high hygiene standards by disinfecting enclosures with veterinary-grade products. To protect guests, entry requires up-to-date vaccination certificates, flea treatments and health checks to reduce infectious risks. Overall, Meow Mansion emphasizes luxury, safety and individualized attention so cats enjoy their stay and owners can relax knowing their pets are thoughtfully cared for.
