Unleashed Doggie Daycare and Grooming Spa in Highett, Melbourne is a warm, full-service pet care centre focused on giving dogs a safe, social, and home-away-from-home experience. Run by sisters Andrea and Dianna and supported by a team with formal animal care education and first aid certification, the facility offers supervised doggie daycare and a dedicated puppy crèche, with play areas that include outdoor activities, toys and pools. Dogs are grouped by temperament so quiet dogs can relax while more active dogs play, and the team emphasises safety, hygiene and personalised care for each animal. Grooming services cover the full spa menu—bathing, blow-drying, styling, deshedding, nail trims and ear cleaning—so clients can book everything from routine maintenance to more comprehensive grooming. The centre operates Monday through Friday with set check-in and check-out times, requires prior approval and bookings, and asks for proof of current vaccinations; they also encourage early booking due to high demand and maintain a strict cancellation policy. For special occasions, Unleashed runs doggie birthday parties with packages that include a birthday cake, a party with friends and a goodie bag, providing a fun, celebratory option in addition to regular care. Overall, the business presents a professional, caring environment prioritising each dog’s wellbeing, social needs and comfort under experienced supervision.
