That Dog Lady

That Dog Lady is a local dog-focused pet care business based in Wyndham Vale, Victoria, run by Helen, an experienced dog trainer and groomer with more than ten years’ experience, animal first aid certification, and full insurance. She offers a personal, owner-education focused approach that combines balanced training with practical grooming advice so owners can maintain their dog’s coat between appointments. Services include professional dog grooming (bath, trim and coat care) available by appointment, regular dog walking, structured training programs, and pet sitting services offered seven days a week. New clients are invited to a free meet-and-greet so you can introduce your dog, discuss specific needs or concerns, and ask questions about training or sitting arrangements — a good way to ensure a comfortable, tailored experience for each pet. The website showcases a gallery of service photos, client reviews, and clear contact details, and maintains active Facebook and Instagram profiles. Operating hours are weekdays 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Saturdays 9:00 am–5:00 pm, and closed Sundays. Privacy and data security are noted on the site, and Helen emphasizes creating strong, lifelong bonds between pets and owners through careful care and ongoing support.
