Point Cook Dog Training & Day Care

Point Cook Dog Training & Day Care is a friendly, force-free dog training and care facility focused on building better relationships between dogs and their owners. They offer a broad range of classes and services for dogs of all ages and temperaments, including puppy classes for early socialisation, group canine classes covering obedience and life skills, and specialised activities such as agility and K9 nose work to keep dogs mentally and physically stimulated. The centre also provides supervised day care so sociable dogs can enjoy safe play and socialisation, plus private lessons and behaviour consultations to address issues like reactivity or separation anxiety. They run special events such as dog birthday parties and offer targeted training for assistance dogs (including psychiatric assistance training through mindDog). The team emphasises humane, science-based, force-free methods, a transparent, animal-centred approach, and a supportive environment that prioritises canine well-being. Services are delivered by qualified trainers who tailor programs to individual dogs and owners, with the goal of strengthening the human-animal bond, promoting good behaviour, and improving dogs’ quality of life.
