DogTown Grooming and Daycare in Moorabbin, Victoria is a locally owned dog care business run by dog lovers with over 15 years of experience, focused on creating calm, positive experiences for dogs and their owners. They offer stress-free grooming using gentle handling in a visible grooming area so owners can see how their pets are cared for, plus fully supervised indoor and outdoor daycare designed for socialisation and stimulation. The daycare space is climate-controlled, stocked with toys and even a giant ball pit to keep dogs engaged and happy, and staff prioritise safety and transparent operations. DogTown welcomes new daycare customers with a free trial day and offers discounts on packages purchased during the trial, and they also provide daycare inspections to build owner confidence. The business is community-oriented—hiring locally, supporting fundraising and other small businesses—and runs seasonal events such as Christmas photo sessions with Santa. Operating hours are listed as 7:00 am to 6:00 pm for daycare and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for grooming, with a temporary closure over the Christmas and New Year period. Customers highlight the high-quality grooming, fun daycare environment, and the caring, personalised attention dogs receive.
