Berwick Obedience Dog Club is a long-established local dog training club (dating back to 1980) focused on helping owners and their dogs learn, socialize and enjoy training together. The club emphasizes positive, reward-based methods to make training humane, effective and fun, and offers a variety of structured classes to suit different skill levels and schedules, including twilight and afternoon sessions. New members are regularly welcomed, and membership gives owners access to club facilities, training opportunities and community activities. Beyond regular classes, the club runs special training sessions, joining days and events designed to build skills and confidence, as well as social opportunities like working bees and Christmas gatherings to foster a friendly community spirit. Members receive updates and manage their involvement via a Member Jungle mobile app, which the club uses for notifications and administration. Whether you’re working on basic obedience, socialization or more advanced activities such as agility, the club positions itself as a supportive place for responsible dog ownership where owners can learn, share knowledge and participate in events with like-minded people.
