If you’re looking for a calm, professional place to have your dog groomed, Groovy Groomers in Werribee is run with a clear focus on comfort and individualized care. Operated by Carol, a qualified and insured groomer with certifications in Professional Dog Grooming, Canine Myofunctional Therapy and Dog First Aid, the salon offers full-service grooming in a relaxed, friendly environment designed to reduce stress for dogs of all ages and conditions. Services include bathing, nail clipping, haircutting and styling, plus specialized treatments and gentle handling for elderly or infirm dogs. The space is fitted for safety and accessibility — veterinary-grade wall cladding, non-slip flooring, ramps, and heating/cooling features — and uses modern equipment such as an air-massage system to help dogs relax during bathing. The approach emphasizes patience, individualized attention and a slower, more caring pace compared with high-volume retail salons, making it a good option for owners who want a compassionate, professional groom for a nervous, senior or special-needs pet. Groovy Groomers operates Wednesday to Sunday, 9 am to 5 pm, from 44 Black Forest Road, Werribee, and highlights the owner’s qualifications and insured status as part of its commitment to safety and quality care.
