Jasmarez Cats is a South Australia–based cattery specialising in breeds with a wild look — Bengals, Cheetohs, Ocicats and Toygers — and is run with a strong emphasis on health, temperament and responsible breeding. The breeder, Tracie-Anne Kearns, blends family experience and a personal passion for spotted and striped patterns with formal involvement in breed organisations (GCCFSA, ANCATS, TICA) and registered breeding activity since July 2018. Jasmarez focuses on genetic and disease screening for breeding cats, with health testing and clearances provided for buyers, and works to produce healthy, well-tempered kittens. Kittens are prepared for new homes with desexing, microchipping, vaccinations, worming, a starter kit of food and supplies, and a health guarantee; a six-week Petplan insurance policy is also offered for new kitten owners. Prospective owners apply via a kitten application and waiting list process and may place a deposit. The cattery supports transport (interstate and international) following health protocols, participates in shows and breed development, and offers mentorship and assistance to other breeders, particularly around the experimental Cheetoh breed. Jasmarez also assists with rehoming and rescue efforts, working with smaller catteries and rescue organisations to place cats responsibly.
