Deep Creek Grasslands

Deep Creek Grasslands is a dedicated horse agistment and full-care boarding provider in Mickleham, Victoria, focused on the wellbeing, safety and comfort of horses (and considerate of humans and dogs on site). They offer hands-on, daily care with a mix of private yard feeding and herd living: horses receive rugged, hard-fed meals twice daily while also enjoying unrestricted access to hay and pasture grazing. The property is designed to support horses’ physical fitness and mental stimulation, featuring natural hills and trails for turnout and conditioning as well as purpose-built arenas — a 20 x 60m dressage arena and a larger 60 x 80m all-purpose/showjumping arena — so horses can be exercised, trained or simply enjoyed in a safe environment. Deep Creek Grasslands emphasizes a holistic approach to horse care, blending the benefits of pasture-based herd life with attentive management and infrastructure aimed at safety and wellbeing. Key highlights include full-care boarding with pasture access, structured feeding routines, expansive turnout terrain including hills and trails, and high-quality arena facilities for dressage and showjumping disciplines. This setup is well suited to owners seeking a natural yet managed environment where horses receive consistent daily care and access to training and exercise areas.
