Custom K9’s

Custom K9's (formerly Positive Energy Dog Training) is a Bay Area dog training and care team focused on building better relationships between dogs and their owners. Since 2020 they offer relationship-based, balanced training rooted in trust, kindness, and clear communication, using positive reinforcement and an understanding of canine behavior. Their trainers provide a range of hands-on options to meet different needs: puppy day training and puppy-focused socialization to set good habits early; private one-on-one sessions tailored to specific behavioral goals; group workshops where dogs and owners learn together; structured daycare that combines safe social play with supervised learning; and immersive board-and-train programs where dogs stay on-site to receive intensive coaching and reinforcement. The facility supports both training and boarding activities, and the team emphasizes compassionate, effective methods aimed at improving obedience, socialization, and overall harmony in the home. Community feedback cited on the site highlights their thoughtful, experienced trainers and their commitment to helping dogs become happier, better-behaved companions.
