If you’re after calm, one-on-one grooming for your dog or cat, Paws N’ Buddy is a small, home-based studio in Wheelers Hill that focuses on gentle, personalized care. Run by certified groomer Emily Guo with over a decade of hands-on experience, the service philosophy centers on making grooming a positive, low-stress experience — no cages, no loud salon environment, and plenty of attention to each pet’s comfort and emotional state. They use pet-safe, high-quality products and adapt techniques to suit nervous pets, puppies and breed-specific needs. Typical offerings include full grooming (bath, brush, haircut, nail trim, ear care), a wash-and-tidy option for maintenance, and a puppy/gentle groom designed to introduce 3–6 month old puppies to grooming in a relaxed way; quick hygiene services like nail trimming and ear cleaning are also available. Paws N’ Buddy serves a range of eastern Melbourne suburbs (Mulgrave, Rowville, Knox, Glen Waverley, Mount Waverley, Notting Hill, Clayton and surrounds) and emphasizes building trust and positive experiences so pets leave calm and happy. The home-studio setting and individualized approach make it a good fit for owners looking for compassionate, attentive grooming for dogs and cats rather than a busy commercial salon.
