Lead Canine Co.

Lead Canine Co is a Melbourne-based canine service provider that treats dogs as family and offers personalised, hands-on care and training. Led by founder Chris Kaye, the business focuses on a holistic, tailored approach that combines training, socialisation and regular exercise to build strong bonds between dogs and owners. Core offerings include private one-on-one walks for dogs that need individual attention, Walk & Train sessions that address obedience, loose-leash walking, reactivity management and street skills, and small-group walks that let dogs explore, run, swim and socialise safely. They also provide boarding and short- or long-term daycare-style care, with pick-up and drop-off options and real-time updates to keep owners informed. Specialized puppy and young-dog development programs emphasise cooperation, routine, social skills and early obedience to set young dogs up for long-term success. What stands out is the personalised planning for each dog, a positive-reinforcement philosophy, and a community-minded approach that aims to make dogs well-adjusted, happy and confident while giving owners peace of mind.
