The Pooch Pad is a family-run, home-style dog care service based in Warranwood that treats visiting dogs like members of the household rather than guests. Run by Kylie, a passionate dog lover and part-time PE teacher with a background in breeding and long experience with Golden Retrievers, the service focuses on personalized care tailored to each dog’s needs to reduce stress and keep them happy while their owners are away. Offering both sleepovers and day stays, The Pooch Pad provides overnight care with daily photo and video updates, regular walks, playtime, cuddles, meals and treats, plus shorter or extended day visits (up to 5 hours or 5–8 hours) depending on owner needs. Dogs enjoy a leafy, welcoming environment with plenty of outdoor activities such as sniffing, swimming, walking and social play designed to give exercise and mental stimulation. The Pooch Pad emphasizes safety, individual attention and socialization, aiming to provide a fun, secure holiday experience so owners can feel confident their dog is loved and well looked after.
