Services highlighted include full grooming and bathing, de-shedding treatments, customised breed- or owner-preference styling, and gentle puppy introductions to grooming. Sessions are described as personalised and time-rich, allowing the groomer to work at a comfortable pace for anxious dogs and to focus on each animal’s needs and safety. The business presents itself as community-oriented and active on social media, sharing client testimonials and before/after transformations, which gives prospective owners a sense of the groomer’s approach and experience.
