The Canine Connection Adelaide

The Canine Connection Adelaide (Canine Connect Pty), founded in 2013 and based in Adelaide, focuses on creating confident, well‑behaved dogs through positive, science‑based training that’s designed to be fun for both dogs and owners. They offer a range of options for every stage: puppy SuperPups classes that build foundational obedience, socialization and calm focus; adolescent and adult programs to address unruly or reactive behavior while improving manners and confidence; and targeted behavior modification for issues like fear and reactivity. Sessions include group classes and workshops as well as private one‑on‑one consultations tailored to specific dogs and families. For more intensive needs they run board‑and‑train programs where dogs stay on site for focused instruction and socialisation. Trainers are described as qualified, accredited and passionate, bringing diverse backgrounds and a commitment to ongoing support beyond the training session. The team emphasises positive reinforcement, confidence‑building exercises, muzzle conditioning and structured exposure when needed, and runs programs across multiple Adelaide venues including Hedgegrove Pet Retreat in Golden Grove and Windamere Pet Retreat in the southern suburbs. Key strengths are a decade+ of experience, a friendly, evidence‑led approach that keeps training enjoyable, and post‑training resources and support for lasting results.
