Positive Dog Training is an Adelaide-based dog training and behavioural consultancy that focuses on building happier, more confident dogs and stronger owner–dog relationships using positive reinforcement methods. Led by qualified trainer Sharon Crichton, the business offers a range of classroom and one‑to‑one options tailored to dogs at all life stages, from new puppies through adolescents. Small, personalised puppy preschool and basic manners classes teach early socialisation and foundational skills, while an advanced adolescent package and private in‑home sessions help address more challenging behaviours. Behavioural consultations aim to identify whether issues such as barking, growling or biting are training gaps or deeper behaviour problems and then apply behaviour modification strategies. They also run a Canine Good Citizen™ certification program to promote responsible pet ownership and well‑mannered dogs, and a “You Work We Train” option where trainers work directly with the dog on the owner’s behalf with progress reports provided.
