Fleurieu Education For Dogs And Owners

Fleurieu Education for Dogs & Owners helps dog owners improve their relationship with their dogs through practical, hands-on education and training. They run small group classes, one-on-one training sessions and private behavioral consultations, with a clear emphasis on force‑free, pain‑free, reward‑based positive reinforcement methods. Trainers are Delta Accredited Professional Behavioral Dog Trainers, and the approach prioritizes the dog’s well‑being, mental health and cooperation while building obedience and social skills. Classes are held locally at Mount Compass and at Paws Galore Vets in Christies Beach, and the organisation lists a primary location at 664 Nangkita Rd, Mount Compass, SA 5210. Services described include Good Manners training to enhance basic obedience and social skills, tailored behavioral assessments and individualized training plans to address specific issues, and flexible delivery in group or private formats. The focus is on humane, modern training principles that teach owners practical skills to maintain progress at home and foster trust and cooperation with their dogs, serving the local Fleurieu community.
